Silex comes from the flint terroirs present on the Sancerre hill.

This wine with aromas of white flowers (acacia), the nose exalts small graphic notes which give it liveliness. Ample, rich, well structured, the mouth also develops tension, minerality and deploys a final length on the fruit (peach).

Silex will be appreciated during its youth of 2 to 4 years. It will be the perfect match for your aperitifs, your crustacean dishes, shellfish and the oyster and fish platter.
