This Sancerre comes from Kimmeridgian Marl soil, and is slowly aged on lees for 18 months in vats.

It is a wine with delicate aromas, round in the mouth, structured, it will need to wait a few years to develop all its finesse.

After 3 to 7 years of care,

you will appreciate the Magi . with finely cooked fish or white meat in a creamy sauce.
